BRITSTYLE IN THE COUNTRY

You’ve already spotted some pieces of today’s outfit in my last post but today you’ll get to see the whole look I put together. As it happens it’s another Britstyle outfit because it’s very cosy but above all because it blends in so well with our favourite surroundings.

When putting together my looks it quite often happens that I don’t have the right handbag to wear. I don’t have a huge collection but I also don’t want to keep buying new ones on the high street just to have more. I can’t deny that quality is important to me. Also I usually keep my bags for many years and am quite willing to spend a bit more money on them. That’s why it’s pretty straight forward but I love my bags. That doesn’t mean that all of them match my outfits though. Buying black ones all the time just to be on the safe side is definately too boring for me. I remember the first Sex & the City film very well because I watched it loads. Louise always wears a different designer bag and has to fill in Carrie about the service of renting a bag. Back then I thought ‘what a brilliant idea’. That way you don’t have to spend a huge amount and you can rent a bag for a particular outfit or a specific event over a certain period of time.

Uncloset offers such a service for you. It’s where I discovered this beautiful Mountsouris backpack by Louis Vuitton that is great for many of my outfits. The size is exactly how I like it. All the bags are in a flawless condition and shipment is extremely quick. This December you can use the service from Uncloset at a reduced price using the code ‘POPMYCHERRY’ at checkout. Shipping is free and you can swap bags as often as you like. I wouldn’t be surprised if I actually end up buying my new favourite bag that I found through this great service.

Great pictures- I have to admit that I do love my bags and also stride for quality- this year I did go a little overboard… I have never rented a bag though..

Thank you Lorena 🙂 Yes, I really get that. Funny thing is I always wanted to try renting since watching Sex & the City.
